Yes, de-matting and clipping is one of the things we do. Get in touch and describe the coat so we know what we are working with.
Nervous and tricky cats are part of the job here, and the groom moves at the cat's pace. Emily's cat Mya was difficult to groom, and Nikkie stayed calm and professional throughout.
Yes, aftercare and general grooming advice come as part of the appointment. Ask anything you like while you are here.
We are on Higher Furlong Rd, Cranbrook, Exeter EX5 7GY. Open Monday to Friday from 9am, with later closing at 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday, Saturday 11am to 4pm, and closed on Sunday.
Call or text 07481 041881 and tell us about your cat. If you need an evening slot, Tuesday and Thursday run until 8pm.
